What is the difference between the Start, Pro and Complete plans?
The structure grows in simple steps: Start includes the HR Base module (employees, departments, contracts, documents, basic attendance and essential reports); Pro adds full leave and absence management, balances, requests and approvals, with an employee portal; Complete adds payroll processing, IRPS, INSS, advances, loans, branches and shifts.
Does the Pro plan include payroll processing?
No. NEXOSIS RH Pro does not include payroll processing, IRPS and INSS calculation, advances, loans, payslips or bank files. Those features are part of the NEXOSIS RH Complete plan.
How much does each plan cost?
Start: 3,400 MT/month + 50 MT per active employee. Pro: 4,800 MT/month + 75 MT per active employee. Complete: 6,700 MT/month + 110 MT per active employee. For 50 employees, that works out to about 5,900 MT, 8,550 MT and 12,200 MT per month, before VAT and any specific commercial terms.
What add-ons are available, and on which plans?
Petty Cash: 200 MT per active fund/month, available on the Pro and Complete plans, with multiple funds, custodians, expenses and categories, receipts, replenishment requests, balance control and reports. Additional branch: 750 MT per branch/month, available on the Complete plan — the first branch is already included and each additional branch can have its own departments, schedules, rules and reports.
I need to manage several branches. Which plan should I choose?
NEXOSIS RH Complete. It's the only plan with multi-location management: organisation by location, departments and schedules per branch, reports per unit and a consolidated view of the organisation. Additional branches cost 750 MT per branch/month.
Do I need a biometric clock to use NEXOSIS RH?
No. If you already have biometric equipment, we connect it to the platform and attendance automatically feeds into payroll. If you don't, you can use NEXOSIS Automatic Attendance, where attendance is recorded directly on the platform. We can also supply the equipment when you're ready to move forward.
Does the system calculate INSS and IRPS?
Yes. Payroll processing automatically calculates INSS contributions and IRPS withholding, and generates the reports required for submission.
Do I have to pay anything to try it out?
No. There's a 15-day free trial, with no commitment. If you decide to continue, payment is made by bank transfer or M-Pesa.
How exactly does the pricing work?
You pay a base monthly fee for the plan plus an amount per active employee. Tell us how many employees you have and we'll send you the exact figure the same day.
Is my data secure?
Data is stored encrypted, with automatic backups and role-based access. Each person sees only what applies to them.
I already have everything in Excel. How do I make the switch?
The database is set up fresh on the platform — it isn't an automatic import of your file. We guide you through the migration: we tell you exactly what data is needed, help load your employees, and check everything before the first payroll run.
Does it work with a weak internet connection?
The platform was built to be lightweight and works well on mobile connections. It works on computer, tablet and phone.
Can I change plans later?
You can move up or down a plan at any time. The change takes effect in the following billing cycle.
Do you provide training and support?
Yes. We train your team at launch and provide ongoing support in Portuguese, by phone, WhatsApp and email.
